EMM Energy Inc. is a public oil and gas exploration and production company based in Calgary, Alberta. The company's operations are focused in southern Alberta targeting sweet oil and gas in shallow horizons, generally less than 2000 meters.

EMM Energy Corporation commenced operations as a private company in December 2001.

In June 2003, Karisma Capital Corp. acquired the EMM Energy Corporation in a reverse take over. The company name was changed to EMM Energy Inc. and EMM was listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol, M.

EMM Energy Inc. has grown production through acquisitions, drilling and farm outs of opportunities.  All the company operations are in Alberta.  EMM operates and holds 100% working interest in its Willesden Green, Carrot Creek, Lomond and Queenstown properties.  The company also operates properties in Worsley, Marwayne, Caroline and Cherhill.  Non-operated properties include Glen Park, Davey and Ricinus.
